If I don't have a job how much should I have to pay in child support in ny.
I have been battling child support for the last few years.I went in front of the judge the first time for my baby girl.An at that time I did not have a job.the judge told me I had to pay 65 dollars a week.He did not give me a chance to talk.He said to me you dress nice you can afford to pay it.Now the jobs that I go for I can get because they do a backround check an see I have back child support.plus I have 2 other kids I'm trying to support that I told the judge about the next time I went I fornt of him.so he lowerd it to 50 dollars a week. And at that time I was not working but found a job a week later.what am I to do.I have to go back to court and at this time I'm not working.I owe a littil over 2.500 dollars.

First off you need to find a steady job. Another thing is they can't discriminate against you for oweing back child support.
