    How long after 18 can you try to get your back child support in Arizona?
    My ex husband never paid child support, he had even moved out of the state, and we could not make them enforce it in New York where he had moved, Well he just moved back now that my daughter is 24, can I take him to court for it?

    Did you have an order for support already? If not its too late.

    In the divorce decree, it stated he was to pay 150.00 a month.
