    How do you go by trying to regain parental rights?
    Hello all,
    I signed over my parental rights to a family member at the age of 17 years old. I had my child at a very young age DFACS took me to court and all.I am now 23 years of age. I was wondering if there is anyway possible that I may could regain my rights and if so how do I go by doing it

    No you can't if you signed over your rights and a judge signed it. You have no more rights to the child.

    Califdad is probably right, but we would need to know more details. Like why was your child taken from you?
