    How do I legally adopt my husbands newborn?
    My husband signed the birth certificate of a woman who gave birth to a little girl and she doesn't want anything to do with it we have been raising her now for a month with no problems I would just like to be legally her mother how do I go about doing.g that

    You and your husband hire an attorney, he will draw up the motion for adoption and forms to allow the mother to sign her rights away to allow for the adoption.

    The mother will sign and you go to court and adopt.
