How could I get a divorce with no problems?
My husband left me 3 years ago he had problems with the law, so he left the country. He can't return because he is an illegal alien. I haven't heard from him since he left. We have 2 kids together.

    Define "no problems"?

You will be required to file for divorce where the opposing party cannot be located. Your court will have specific requirements, many of which may be expensive.

Best to contact a lawyer and let him deal with the details. It should end easily... I just can't promise that it will be cheap.
