    How can I get custedy of my niece?
    my sister has 3 children however the midle daughter is unhappy with her life and wants to move in with me she has run away on sevel accounts with her mother. my sister is also a single mother on benifits and her two other daughters are happy with the living situation i am so confused i need to know what i should do with the middle child should i take full cusody or...
    (p.s. talking to her is like tlking to a brick wall)

    You can't take full custody of your niece unless it is court awarded and that doesn't seem very likely as she has a mother. Sorry, not being harsh, but legally you can't take this child. She is her mother's ward until she comes of age and can legally make her own decisions.

    If you do take the child in, the mother could press charges against you.

    I know this is a bad situation but the only way to work it out is with your sister. Maybe she will agree to a temporary arrangement so you can deal with the middle child's issues.

    I could but she just won't listen I have tried for at least 2 1/2 years thanks for the help.
    Just to add she said I could have custody but she is a woman of unfaithful promises
