    How can I add father's name in my child birth certificate if father lives abroad
    The father lives out of EC and needs visa to UK. He involves inmy son lives an financially support him

    Does the father want his name added to the birth certificate ?

    Will this be changing the child's last name ?

    The father doesn't necessarily need to be there for a court to order the change.

    Why was he left off in the first place?
