How to appeal a judgement of attorney fees
I have been ordered to pay an opposing attorney on the grounds that I have money and the other side does not. I did not use an attorney. The other side did. I want to appeal the order not just for the money but because of my intense dislike for the opposing attorney. How do I proceed? I have 90 days in which to pay the judgment or delay or defeat it.

Did you bring the action against the other party? Did the judge find the action was without merit and award a decision to the other party? If so I doubt if you would win an appeal and it would only increase the fees you would have to pay. I'm not even sure you can appeal such an order from the court.
