    Father Visitation Right in Florida
    Visitation is set for 6 months supervised visits as frequent as allowed by Yana, which is a state agency in Florida, 6 months will be up in a few weeks. In the 6mths of visits only seen my son 5 times do to every time he comes to the visits he crys and says he does not want to see me the next 6 months is supervised by maternal grandfather> Question is since I have only seen my son 5 times in 6months does the court order proceed to the next 6mths of visits? My ex states it has to actually be visits more than 5 to proceed to the next 6 months...

    Is the agency to do reports, but unless you file for it not to, yes it will.

    I never feel a family member is the correct person to supervise, sorry.

    I am not sure, it does not say that in the paperwork. Are you saying yes it will go to the next 6mth supervised visits? I agree regarding the family member, did not really have any choice.

    If the court order says 6 months, then it is generally 6 calendar months. For the order to be changed would require an order from the court.
