    My ex is still in my house he is to be out on 11-08 can he fight an eviction ?
    My ex husband is to be out of my house that I own and has been in the house since July. I left my home and have served a legal separation and he is to be out in the 8th of November. If he is to be evicted after this date how long can he still stay in my house ?

    Yes, the 11/8 date was that issued by the court ( family or housing) Was the date to be out issued as part of the divorce agreement ?

    Our answers can depend greatly on this

    But can they fight it, of course everyone is due their day in court.
