I'm not sure I am in the right section but here goes anyway.

I have a 20 year old son who I need to evict. He has always been troublesome but in the last 4/5 years he has stolen from us. He controls the family home. I have to keep everything under lock and key. He bullies my 16 year old son so he stays for most of the time locked up in my roomout of his way. He can't use his own bedroom because they share so he does not have his own space. My 20 year old has had a 5 jobs in the last 4 years he spent nearly a year of that out of work. He is lucky if he does a full weeks work. He has just started not to pay any keep even though I only ask for £10 per week and he earns over £200. He also owes on a club that I run and he won't pay up. He mentally bullies and in his tempers trashes the house. The police have been called before and he has a history for aggressive behaviour. Our lives here now are a misery and I can't stand how my house has become it's like being locked in a prison we are all frightened to move. I have asked him to leave but he just says no. What can I do to remove him from the house. I am desperate.

I don't know the laws in the UK so I suggest you contact a solictor. But I believe, in this case, you can pack his bags while he is out, place them outside and change the locks.
