    Evict Son
We have a 27 year old son who has been living with us for almost 3 years. He cannot keep a steady job, nor is he looking for one. He has an alcohol problem. How do we get him evicted. We are in Michigan. We have set several deadlines, but he just ignores him. We want our lives and house back.

You hand him a piece of paper giving him 30 days to move. When he does not comply, you go to the courthouse and file for a legal eviction. When that is granted, he is given X amount of days to move before you have the sheriff come remove him.
