    Don'y know where he is
    My husband moved out of state a few years ago and left no forwarding address how do you get a divorce not being able to serve him and what not

    Depending on your state the sheriff's dept can serve him out of the state. You will have to pay for it.
    A divorce attorney should be able to assist you. They have detectives that can do a skip trace on him as well.
