    Do I have custody
    My daughter lives with me and has for the last 12 yrs her age, her father and I had a arrangement were he would pay me now I get it through the csagency. My question is
    Do I have sole custody just checking as she's flying to sydney we live in brisbane and have for the last 5 years... and how do I check

    What does the court paper work say from when you went to court and filed for custody?

    Ask your lawyer, he/she is the expert.
    From my own experience, as a child of divorce, most of the time, it is still mutual custody and you would have to ask her father if he is okay with her going away like that, but call up your lawyer. If you have sole custody then send her off with lots of love, if not try and get it, it makes life a whole lot easier.
