    Divorce...
I filed for a divorce over a year ago. Finally, had a court hearing but was unable to proceed because of the foreclosure on my house. I was forced to stop working a few months ago because of my illness. I can no longer afford the mortgage and moved out over a year ago. I have not even qualified for disability & have to wait a few weeks to retire. My spouse is not willing to pay the mortgage and does not manage money very well. I'm not sure what to do.

Not sure why the foreclosure would stop the divorce, you offer the other party the house, with agreement to try and sell it before it forecloses, if they don't want it, it goes back to the bank.

Can I assume you don't have an attorney
