    Contract for deed
I made an error in my first question. I was asking about a contract for deed situation where the seller has a mortgage on the home and the buyer sends monthly payments to the seller and she in turn is supposed to send that payment to the bank each month. What happens of the seller does not send those payments to the bank and the bank forecloses on the porperty? What rights do the buyers (I had sellers in my first question) have? Can they put a lien on the property?
