    Child support
    My kids dad receives disability. But he also works for himself and does not report any of it. My kids receive ssi checks off his so called disability which isn't much. He pays nothing out of pocket to help take care of them. I applied for child support, what r my chances getting it when he does not pay taxes or reports his earnings to social security

    Most states have a minimum amount regardless of income. If you can show imputed income, you might get more. Collecting may be a different matter.
