    Child Support
I've been into child support for 11 years. Due to my child support obligations I have literally gone bankrupt. Not to mentioned the money I owe to the IRS for back taxes for trying to satisfy my child support obligations. Is there any way for me to file a civil suit for reconcile my bankruptcy?

Sue against the child or custodial parent?
Child support is an obligation, responsibility.

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. If you owe the IRS back taxes, it's because you didn't pay your taxes. The IRS will intercept your tax refund to pay child support, but that does not make you owe back taxes.

If the amount you are paying is too high, then you need to file for a modification. You'll have to fill out a financial statement which proves where your money is going. Odds are, it's not all to child support.

I also don't know what you mean by trying to "reconcile your bankruptcy."
