Can I get a prohibition of a 604.5 evaluators testimony in my case dismissed?
I couldn't afford to publish the results, but may be able to obtain a summary in a letter.
I would like to overturn the ban on this person's testimony. I am pro se, and my attorneys went against my wishes on this and other issues. Do I have recourse?
