Birth certificate and social security card
If the non custodial parent request a copy of our child's birth certificate and social security card and I withhold it, will that hurt me in court?

First I don't believe you have any way to "withhold it" but yes they have a right to them, as a parent and if you are doing things to hurt their ability to get records, it will look bad in court.
