Irish and British according to where the baby is brought up. If the baby is born in ireland, is raised in ireland. . He/she will most likely claim "IRISH".

Where in Ireland? Northern Ireland or Irish Republic. My Father In Law was born in Ireland in 1907, before Ireland became a republic and his PP shows British Subject.
