I had my only two sons , officially abducted and then officially raised to kidnaped status. And I have repeatedly tried to see then and have access to them but denied and beaten by police in Germany and thrown in jail and my 4 years of all my struggle to see them did not give me any single human or parental right. My elder son was about 23 months old and younger son a month old. Elser son was born in Florida USA and younger in UK. US State department is not at all helping me and says since they were abducted or kidnapped from UK there is nothing we can do. UK High Court says I cannot file any charges or anything either since I am not a UK citizen. I spent my last penny trying to just see them living under bridges in freezing weather when I just had enough left for some food . Its mainly because while I was in Germany and my kids were not yet taken away by my wife , I had come to uncover many true- factual murder stories and I had video interviewed the families and friends and eye witnesses. I had uncovered unbelievable facts just like Guantanamo bay maybe even worse. My more than 4 hour DV tapes and all that was kept by the germans I lost my 2 year hard work and evidence.
But now ! No office in USA or UK is willing to actually help me. I have over 100 emails to many GOvt offices that deal with these cases of children and human Rights and all such organizations. I got nothing in return but false promises or complete denial saying no wrong has been done to me nor I have any grounds of appeal. All the court custody hearings took place without my knowledge and without any facts. No court has ever given me the chance to give in evidence all that I had. What kind of a Justice system is this ? Why are children being taken away from a loving father... for who in fact even the strangers and neighbors vouched as a good father , I was trusted with the children of neighbors I didn't even know only because they had seen me with my kids and how we were attached. I really don't know what to write... I have saved all emails and all that I could but no one cares to even let it go to a court. I have no more money no resources , all depleted and I live with severe physical injuries - permanent ones from all those beatings and assaults. Am I not a human ? Am I not an Amerucan just because my Faith and belief is Islam? I can forward these emails I got in response... they lost papaers ! They cannot find my petition , and so much lies ! I have it all. Even my german lawyer I had recently hired was shocked that what I said was true . He could not believe that I cannot get access to my kids while they beat me and jail me every time imake a solid move... I had never done anything bad or wrong to my wife but only that she was jealous of me and my children's love with me and so much more. Deborah at State department ,in answer to my complain she says... O life is so good in europe its far better than USA.. and so and so... I cussed her out and hung up... this is the kind of people and their interest in doing justice ! Hell with all such people. May they burn here and in Hell too.

In one thread you are posting about your house and land and how to hide it from creditors; now (in this post) you have no assets.

I did not realize Islam condoned wishing other people to Hell.

While I sympathize with your plight, we are only hearing one side of this story. We don't know why your wife left with the kids and that could have a bearing on why the courts are unwilling to help you.

But, sometimes people fall through the cracks in the system. It looks like you are one of those people. I'm not sure what help I can give you. If your kids are US citizens, the State Dept should provide some assistance.

I think what we really need is a status check. 1) was there a divorce ? 2) the custody hearings that are spoken of took place where ? 3) is this person a U.S. citizen ?
Answering those simple questions may help solve the puzzle and lead to resolution of some kind.
