    Salary payment regarding
    Dear,

    Please help me in getting back my salary from my last company, has they hold my salary even after serviing one month notice period.

    They are not even bother to listen my problem as I have many dues pending like my sons fees, House Rent, ECS & family needs. They pushed me to suffer. Can u advise how to go about this. Can I get back my salary with the damages. Or could you please send me the perticular Rule, for me to write to the employer.

    I think you need to see an attorney. The attorney may only need to send a letter demanding payment.
