    ERROR MESSAGE: This Operation Has Been Cancelled Due to Restrictions
    Hi,

    I have Vista Business 32 bit with SP2, and Office 2007 with SP2 installed, whenever I click on a hyperlink in outlook, it says
    "Error Message: This Operation Has Been Cancelled Due to Restrictions in Effect on This Computer"

    Have tried solution on MS site that asked to fix the registry, it doesn't work the issue persists.

    Please advice

    Hi there

    Update your Internet Explorer, if it is then Reset all internet Explorer's settings.
    Also make sure that you have associated the right program to your email program. (Internet Options -> Programs-> "Emails" option)
