    Cannot send, but can receive email on Outlook Express
    I cannot send a message using Outlook Express, although I can receive messages. When I try to send. I get the following error message:

    An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop-server.woh.rr.com', Server: 'smtp-server.woh.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 71.74.56.22 (71.74.56.22:25), connect error 10022', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

    The following SMTP settings need to be made in Outlook Express to send e-mail: port, server, username, password.

    Your internet service provider should be able to tell you the port and server. There may be a POP setup instruction file on their website. If not, call them.
