When I shut down e-mail from outlook express6, I lose the toolbar. When I reinstall it everything is workable except print. This has only started for the past week. I can print from Word,etc. Thanks for any suggestions. Dorla

Do you get an error when trying to print in outlook

Have you clicked on file and click page setup to see if anything there you can do

Another thing to maybe try

Try creating another identity in Outlook Express (File>Add New Identity), switch to it and see if the print button works.

If so, the simplest thing would be to import everything from the old identity into the new and delete the old. Just make sure send and receive works before deleting the old.
