    pic in Incoming email shown only as [X]
    hi there
    when my outlook receive email, I cannot see the picture that is included in the email. Only 1 small box [X] is shown. But if I forward that same email, I can see the picture immediately.
    When others receive my email, they can see the picture without an problem.
    The pic that is embedded in the email is a jpg pic.
    Only my outlook in my PC cannot see the picture. Others that I also see the email can see the picture without a problem.
    Please help me.

    Unblock images that are
    Contained in an email;
    Tools>Options>Security>Download Pictures

    Change settings to your preference
