SUBJECT: Safe removal of old version of Microsoft Outlook Express software,
Prior to the installation of the newer version
    Of Microsoft Outlook Express software.

Nature of the Problem: With prior hard drives, after the installation of
The usual programs, I'd endup with two versions of
    Microsoft Outlook Express software.
With these two versions of the same software
On my hard drive, "Jams" would start to occurring.

In order to prevent this from happening again...

Request for insturction: How do I safely remove the older version
Of this software, prior to the installation
Of the newer version of the same software?

    Thank You.

    Awaiting your response.

    Remove
    Hi,
Go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs.
Scroll down to find "Microsoft Outlook Express 5" or whichever version you want to remove. Left click on it, to highlight it, then click on the Remove button.
    Best wishes,
