    outlook express won't send emails (live account)
    Hi, I am unable to SEND emails to my Windows Live server from my Outlook Express. I am a first-time user of Outlook, so this is the first e-mail that I'm attempting to send. Error code: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.live.com', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
