    Where in 2011 electrical code book in panelboards grounds , neatrals separate
    In where does it say that neautrals and gronds to be seperat now in panels?

    It doesn't say this. In main panels and disconnects neutrals and grounds share the same bar.

    You are obviously looking for something specific for a specific reason. Why not fill us in a bit so we can give you accurate info.
