    What would cause a 220v dryer line to only have power to one side?
    What would cause a 220v dryer line to have only power to one side? And, what are possible fixes?

    Could be a partially tripped breaker. Turn breaker off then back on.

    Your 220 or 240 dryer is using two separate 120 lines and you may have dropped one like Harold is saying
