I have electric baseboard heaters as well. Today , they kept pumping out the heat. I changed the batteries and turned the heat down as low as I can but it still didn't work. Any suggestions?
Grounding outlets to copper pipe in baseboard heaters

In part of my house the copper pipe for the baseboard heaters run buried under the concrete floor slab. Does it work and is it permissible to install a grounding clamp to these pipes in order to provide grounding for electrical outlets? I live in Denver, Colorado. Thanks!
