No Power between EAC-1 and EAC-2 circuits

Hello, I have a Bryant 395CAV. I connected a EAC last season and it worked fine until now. Now there is no 110V between EAC-1 and EAC-2. The furnace works fine otherwise. Is there a fuse or is a bad relay on the circuit board? Thank you, Jack

I'm not sure if it's coincidence, but we had some power surges last night during a snow storm. There are some local outages, but I have power in most of my unit. At least one of my 120 VAC circuits is running at 20 VAC. Unfortunately it's affected my heat and refrigerator. It's a condo with nat gas...
