Unique ceiling light fixture missing parts
I purchased a close out ceiling mount light fixture that is very fancy, has some damage but since getting it out of storage to install it appears to be missing the three bulb base. It is Mode 24040 -836CL SKU#412-138, if someone can help with any information I would be grateful.

None of those numbers mean anything if we don't know the manufacturer or what the fixture looks like. This is not a manufacturers web site.
If it is missing a whole socket assembly then you maybe totally out of luck. Parts for inexpensive imported fixtures are nearly impossible to come by.

Can you post a pic of the fixture?

The first thing to do is contact the manufacturer. Just because it is "closed out" doesn't mean it isn't being manufactured anymore, just not carried in the store you went to.
