    Total calculations load
Imagine you are working on a one familly dwelling that has afloor area of 1800 square feet (exclusive of an unfinished cellar that is not adaptable for future use, an unfinished attic, and open porches). The appliances in the home are an 11 kw range and a 6 kw, 240 V dryer.
What is the total load service ( in amps) for this home?
    Show all the calculations?

Assuming you didn't leave any relevant information out, which is a huge assumption with how little you gave, the answer is...

Less than the minimum service size required by the NEC.
