Submersible pump and pressure switch wiring
When wiring a submersible pump and pressure switch the wire coming from the breaker to the fuse panel has a black, a red, and neutral and a ground. The fuse panel has a place for all four wires. From the fuse panel to the pressure switch what do you do with the neutral wire. There are only places for the red, black and ground wires. Do you leave it open coming from the fuse box.

What is the fuse panel? And why is it needed?

There should be no neutral connection for a 240V pump motor. So just wire with two hots and a ground.

Fuse panel? Control box? There is no neutral on 240 VAC. There is a 4 wire 240/120 for a dryer.
