    Single pole switch controlling receptacle in same 2 gand box.
    I have a 2 gang box - 1 switch and 1 receptacle the receptacle is for an alarm and the switch turns the alarm off after it starts to sound. How do I wire it?

    With all due respect... if you have to question how a circuit that basic (simple) should be wired, it's probably a good idea if you have someone with at least a little experience wire it. But by all means watch them do it and pick up a book that explains circuitry and learn the basics.
