Craftmade ceiling fan light kit installation
I have a Craftmade ceiling fan with light. The bulb in the light fixture has just blown. However, I see no way to remove the globe to get at the bulb. There are no screws holding the globe in place; it justs seems to be fitted right into the metal, decorative ring that surrounds it. Any ideas on how to pop the globe out so that I can replace the bulb(s)?
The fan is white on white; unfortunately I don't have the model number.

Most globes like you describe have threads in their glass. Put your palm on the globe, push up with moderate force and give a sharp twist counterclockwise, repeat a few times.
