Hi -- I have the 2 button totaline panel. It has the up/down on the right and the two buttons on the left - which are mode and fan. No matter what I put the temp on - it will not drop below 75 in my apartment. I can call maintenance but I thought I'd try to reset it myself first. Any help...

I just changed the filter in my furnace, how do I reset my thermostat to make the word "filter" stop blinking. I called the service dept. and they told me to find my users manual! I can't find it. HELP
