Difference in 5 wire and 6 wire programmable thermostats

 I have a Honeywell Thermostat that has wire hook-up with a W1,W2, Y1,RH,RC and a G. I bought an Hunter Digital thermostat-Model 44260 that has hook-ups with G,RC,RH,Y/O,W/B,and a Y1. Will this Thermostat work?
