Answer to electricity problems?
You need to add a 120 Volt circuit from a Power Panel. There is an existing conduit, installed to code requirements, with 3 - 120 volt current carrying conductors. What factors would prevent the use of this conduit for adding the circuit?

Hi, I have two floor oulets in the basement that just stop working. I have tested to see if there is electricity. Breaker is fine, electricity goes to outlet, if I pluck in the radio tester says electricity goes to the radio but it doest turn on . Same problem in both outlets
