Toggle-bolt hooks for hanging fluorescent lamps with chains
I plan to hang fluorescent lamps from the basement ceiling with chains so that I can adjust the height of the lamps over the seed trays & plants I'm beginning for my outdoor garden. I am not a handy person at all. I just recently bought my first 18v power drill & must admit I really enjoy completing small manageable projects.
Can you suggest a simple step by step approach, including any important cautions I might take? Thanks. |
