 Hi, I may need to replace some circuit breakers but I am dealing with what appears to be 2 sets of tandem breakers. Out of the 4 pulls, the two outer ones have a metal rod connecting the pulls and are both labeled 30amp for my electric dryer ( 30 amp 220V). The two inner pulls are connected as well...

Adding tandem breakers for additional circuits

 I am hooking up a 15kw generator with auto transfer switch to a 200 amp service house. The transfer switch has two 240 circuits available, along with 5, 15 amp circuits, and 3, 20 amp circuits. I am trying to decide how to use the 240v circuits. 1)Kitchen oven, 2)Laundry dryer, or just not hook up...

 Is it okay to use a tandem breaker in this service panel? It is supplying a 100-amp apartment. 1-20 amp Bath 2-20 amp small appliance circuit 1 3-20 amp small appliance circuit 2 4-15 amp Lights/Receps 5-20 amp lights/receps Circuit 5 will be upgraded to an AFCI breaker if that matters.
