I have a harbor breeze ceiling fan that has 4 lights on the bottom, but also a "globe" above the fan blades. I'm trying to get in there and clean it (lots of bugs) and replace the bulb, I cannot get into it because it has a metal cover on top of it. I know there has to be an easier way to do it...

I bought a house and it has a really cool looking harbor breeze dual fan with light in the middle. However, I can't find a switch anywhere to switch blade directions for different seasons. Does anyone know how?
