    I replaced the electric coil and it still don't work what else could it be
    I replaced the electric coil on my old g.e. stove and it still don't work what else could be wrong?

    Could be a bad connection, a bad thermostat, or anything that supplys this coil.

    Could be the switch or connecting wire. Use a VOM to check the continuity from the selector to the coil. Look for a broken wire on the connector block where the element connects to the wiring.

    Can you please raise the front of the burner top and prop it up.

    Then take a picture of the bottom of the burner top and post it to this item.
