    Replace with GFI
    To install a gfi receptical do I just replace the old one with a gfi one, and wire the same way?

    Yes, The GFI will have 4 connections, not counting ground.
    Line Hot and Neutral and
    Load Hot and Neutral.
    You will connect black to line hot, white to line Neutral. Anything else to be protected will connect to load hot and neutral.
    Anything not needing protection would connect along with the line.
