    Remote control not working
    My remote control on the Hampton Bay ceiling fan will not control the fan. I have the dip switch setting the same and the battery in the remote is good. I tried pulling the battery to reset the remote, and tried changing the dip settings on each and still it will not work. Any suggestions?

    The suggestion is you can go to repair shop for help.
