    Remote control fan speed controlI
    Need to buy a remote control (fan speed control) Model No. UC-740 120V/60 Hz 1A/250W

    Used in Hatsey Ceiling Fan Models HC HP & HG. Please let me know where I can buy one

    Or will a universal remote control also work with the Hatsey Fan?

    Most big box stores like Home Depot can sell you a universal remote/receiver kit and it will work on almost every fan made/sold in America.

I have a Hampton Bay remote control fan, it goes at 1/2 speed in full and medium and does not go at all in slow. The forward/reverse arrow on the remote LCD indicates the opposite direction the fan is moving.
