Problem with my Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan
My remote will not turn my ceiling fan on. I have changed the battery and it still doesn't work.

Can you suggest what to do?

    Thanks,

Please take a moment and see if the remote you are holding has switches on it.

What may have happened when changing the battery is that you may have inadvertently moved one of the switches. Now the transmission frequency of the handheld remote is different from the receiver in the fan housing.

The switches need to set the same.
