Trying to locate 1952 LA Belle Silver Co. Inc. Percolator power cord. Bottom of pot reads 115 Volts 400 Watts, Cat. No. 1950.

I'm sure the company went out of biz a long time ago. And why would you want a power cord to an appliance over 60 years old? As a collectible maybe? I certainly would not want to plug it into the wall in hopes it would work.

You might want to scour an antiques site for this item.

Harold, I guess it is a universal cord after all.

Most of the older appliances used 2 prong round pins that were in a small recess. The cord had a 2 prong female end that inserted into the recess. Old toasters, coffee pots, hot plates and griddles used them. See the trivia you accumulate in 70 years!

Maybe it is a collector item and if you have an appliance from 1952 wouldn't you want the original cord that went with it to make it more authentic?
